10th Annual 9/11 Benefit

Burgess Community Area Plan Meeting
The Horry County Planning Department is hosting this meeting at the St. James High School Auditorium to review the Burgess Community Area Plan.  Many residents with a Murrells Inlet mailing address live in the Burgess Community.  The plan focuses on these five major areas of interest:  Transportation, Stormwater, Natural Resources and Open Space, Community Identity and Heritage, and Land Use and Zoning.  Residents are invited to attend the meeting to learn about the plan and provide feedback to the county.  Click HERE to view the Horry County Planning Department website that contains contact information, preliminary surveys and multiple maps of the area.
